Workplace Training
The various laws and regulations governing the workplace are constantly changing and complex. We understand these laws and regulations, and regularly provide training to all levels of employees on issues such as sexual and other harassment, equal employment opportunity, conducting internal investigations, codes of conduct, and performance evaluation and management. Our training is tailored to the audience and nature of an employee's role within an organization - whether it is to train human resources professionals on employment law developments or best practices, managers with day-to-day responsibility for managing employee performance and work hours, or hourly employees who need to understand their rights and responsibilities under the law or company policy.
