Makenzi L. Bader
Makenzi L. Bader is an Associate at Cerasia Law LLC. She is an important part of the Firm’s team-based approach to providing quality client service and obtaining results. She handles all aspects of employment law, including being involved with discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and breach of employment agreement lawsuits in state and federal courts on behalf of employees and in defense of employers.
While in law school, Makenzi was active in several criminal law defense clinics in Rhode Island and New York. In the clinics, she advocated on behalf of criminal defendants with much success, arguing motions and entering into plea deals for clients in cases involving a variety of criminal charges, including drugs, domestic violence, assault and resisting arrest. This trial experience as a student has given Makenzi a solid foundation for litigating in the employment law field.
Makenzi graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law, and she received her undergraduate degree in Political Science with a pre-law track from the University of Central Florida.
